If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from SB Internetwork Solutions LLC you may return it within 30 days of the original invoice date (SB Internetwork Solutions LLC ship date) for a full credit or refund.
New products must be in the same condition as purchased — no marking, signs of usage, or abuse of the item or packaging. If the item was shipped shrink-wrapped, the item must be returned with the shrink wrap attached.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale. Opened packages: Contact us to see if your return qualifies for a refund prior to returning the package (at your expense) Some listings may indicate that item is a non returnable item, if your item is non returnable please contact us we may be able to assist you in receiving a repair, replacement or refund from the OEM. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transport do not attempt to use product, contact us immediately and we will handle the shipping claim. You may be requested to take a digital photograph of the damaged item and email it to our claims department info@sbinternetworksolutions.com
